The Frill Waistcoat is a playful take on a men's formal waistcoat, with a gathered empire waist, simple scoop neck and back, and a layer of hand-gathered silk ruffles at the hem. In a textured slubbed silk dupion woven in India, fastening across the chest with silk covered buttons. Perfect on its own or for layering.
