Studio appointments

How long are the studio appointments and who can I bring?
Studio appointments last 60 minutes. If you are bringing a guest, we kindly ask you bring two guests maximum.

What should I wear and bring to the appointment?
We do not have any shoes to try on with our bridal collection, please feel free to bring shoes along to the appointment.

How many appointments can I have and how much do they cost?
Bridal appointments cost £75, this fee is deducted from final cost of the order placed. Additional appointments are charged at £40 per hour and are not deductible from final order. 

Alterations
Alterations can be made once the garment is complete, the cost will vary depending on the alteration. Alterations can take up to 3 weeks, depending on our capacity.

Where is the studio and can I do my appointment online instead?
Our studio is located in Deptford, South London. If you are unable to travel to have a bridal appointment, we can do appointments online. Here we can show you the bridal dresses on a model and show you how to take the correct measurements so we can ensure the dress fits to your size.

Sizing

What size are the samples?
Our samples range from size 8-18 however, we ask for a list of the styles you would like to try when making the appointment to make sure we have the correct size in the studio.

Can you make the garment to my specific measurements?
We can do this, this would fall into our bespoke service. However alterations to hem length and sleeve length are complimentary.

What sizes do you offer?
We offer size UK 6 - UK 22.

Manufacturing
How long will it take for the garment to be made and where will it be made?
The garment will take 5-10 weeks to be made, dependant on what garment is chosen. We can put the order through as a ‘rush order’ with an additional fee of £120. The garment will be made with our factory who we have worked with for over 7 years, they are based in South London.

Bespoke

What is the bespoke service?
Our bespoke service allows you to work with our design team to create your made to measure wedding dress. Our bespoke service starts from £2000. Bespoke bridal appointments are £100.

Payments and Returns
How can I pay for the garment and do you accept returns?
We ask for full payment on order of the garment. As the piece is made for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
