Except as expressly stated in this site, no part of this website, including information, images, logos, photos, and overall appearance of the site, may be copied, republished, broadcast or reproduced in any form without the prior permission of the copyright holders except for your own personal or non-commercial use.

You also agree, on entering this site, not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from the site content except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Whilst all reasonable efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of content, no responsibility can be taken for any error or omission.

Online Returns Policy

Terms

As all of our garments are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you want to cancel your order you will need to do so within 24 hours as it will most likely already be in production. Before placing an order with Cawley you must have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact studio@cawleystudio.com.

At our discretion we may offer the return of items solely for the purpose of size alteration.

Customers within the EU will be responsible for organising return shipment using their preferred local courier and for any costs involved.

Customers outside the EU should email us on studio@cawleystudio.com. We will create a return shipping label with our preferred courier and deduct the cost from the amount to be refunded. If you organise your own return shipment, you will be responsible for any taxes and duties incurred.

Cawley is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting or the relevant couriers airway bills and documentation and you are advised to arrange your own insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Cawley will, however, cover the return costs for faulty items or items that are damaged in transit to you in which case you should contact sales@cawleystudio.com with photographic evidence. In the case of damage incurred during shipment, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery in order to process the return.

Returns policy requirements

Late returns

All sales are final after 5 days of purchase. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.

Clothing

Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all packaging and tags still attached.

Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

Colours

We try to display the colours of our products on our website as accurately as possible but please note that photography can sometimes alter the colour of items. Also as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that colours will be exactly as they appear on your device.

Procedure for returning goods

  1. Please ensure the item is unused, unworn, in perfect and saleable condition, with all original tags and packaging attached and accompanied by the original sales form sent to you in the package.

  2. Please email sales@cawleystudio.com.

  3. For orders within the EU, please organise return shipment using your preferred local courier. Please note you will be fully responsible for payment of all return shipping costs.

  4. For international orders (outside of the EU), please email us on sales@cawleystudio.com and we will create a return shipping label and deduct the cost from the amount to be refunded. If you organise your own return shipment, you will be responsible for any taxes and duties incurred.

Shipping

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number when the order has been dispatched.

For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Cawley, trading Cawley Studio Limited is not responsible for payment of this duty. The shipping company will contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.
