The starzie skirt is a double-layered skirt made from silk dupion and a mix of stiff and soft tulle, which gives the skirt layers and volume. the dress features a paneled ivory silk waistband, hand-sewn gathered tulle fireworks which add fun and texture to the piece. the skirt is finished with a discreet side zip for a seamless closure.
